This website provides information about our turmeric and spice products and export services. It is for general information and business enquiry only and is not an offer to sell or a binding commitment.

2. Quotations, orders and international sale terms

Product descriptions, grades and specifications shown here are indicative. Exact specifications (curcumin, moisture, colour, microbiology) are confirmed per lot on the Certificate of Analysis.

A quotation is valid for the period stated and is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract.

A binding contract of sale is formed only on a proforma invoice or sale contract accepted by both parties. That contract, together with the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule (e.g. FOB, CFR, CIF), governs price, specification, quantity, payment, packing, delivery, risk transfer and all commercial terms, and prevails over anything on this website.

The application or exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is addressed in the sale contract. The applicable sale contract will state whether the CISG applies or is excluded.

3. Intellectual property

All website content — text, images, logos, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to DMM EXPO and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

6. Export controls, sanctions and trade compliance

DMM EXPO complies with applicable Indian export regulations (including DGFT / Foreign Trade Policy requirements) and destination-market import laws. By placing an order, the buyer represents that it is not subject to any applicable trade sanctions or restrictions prohibiting the transaction, and that it will comply with all applicable export, import, food-safety and labelling laws in its jurisdiction. We may decline or suspend any order we reasonably believe would breach applicable trade-control, sanctions or food-safety laws.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMM EXPO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability for any actual order is governed exclusively by the sale contract and shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods concerned. Liability limits are governed by the applicable sale contract and mandatory law.

8. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction over website-related matters. For international supply contracts, disputes are commonly resolved by arbitration; the seat, rules and language are set in the sale contract. Dispute-resolution seat, rules and language are governed by the applicable sale contract.

We may update these Terms; the current version is always the one published here.
