This policy applies to international export orders placed with DMM EXPO Private Limited. As we supply bulk food and agricultural products to order, cancellations and refunds are handled commercially, order by order. The accepted proforma invoice / sale contract prevails over this policy.

Order confirmation

An order is confirmed once the proforma invoice is accepted and the agreed payment terms (advance / Letter of Credit / TT) are met. Procurement, processing and lot-wise testing begin on confirmation.

Cancellation by the buyer

Before procurement/production begins: cancellable with written notice, subject to deduction of costs already incurred (sampling, documentation, bank/booking charges). documented costs already incurred.

After procurement/production begins: cancellation may not be possible, as goods are sourced, processed and packed to your specification; any cancellation is subject to recovery of costs incurred, including raw material, processing, packing and logistics.

Custom, private-label or organic-certified orders: non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellation by DMM EXPO

We may cancel if we cannot meet the agreed specification, if crop availability or force majeure prevents supply, or if agreed payment terms are not met. Any eligible advance for undelivered goods is refunded, less costs already incurred.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method / bank account, in the original currency.

Refunds are net of bank charges, remittance costs and costs already incurred.

Processing time: within a reasonable banking timeline after written agreement.

Quality claims

Refunds do not replace the quality-claims process — see the Return and Exchange Policy.
